If ceasefire violated, the responsibility for this will lie on the Armenian side - President

"Despite the fact that Azerbaijan since the first day made a statement about the ceasefire, the opposite side has continued military operations", Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said today during a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, AzVision,az reports citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.

The Head of State noted that today the ceasefire was restored, and if ceasefire violated, the responsibility for this will lie on the Armenian side.

During the phone talk, the presidents once again expressed their support to the negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. 

Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia once again emphasized the successful development of bilateral relations between the two countries in all the areas.

The Russian president once again expressed concern over the latest developments on the frontline and stressed the importance of strengthening the ceasefire.
